Da Beach!

Hello loyal fans!

So sorry to keep you waiting for another post, but girrrrrrrrl I been busy! I basically worked all last week, so by the time this weekend rolled around, I was ready to do what all Americans love to do - hit tha beach. So Dave and I bought some sandwiches and drinks and made the long haul over to the Long Island Train Station - or what we thought was the LITS. Because of mislabeled train stops, we ended up at the station 8 mins too late to catch a train to the beautiful Montauk (movie buffs: eternal sunshine beach location). So after a crying spout and some serious pouting, I cheered David up enough to go to our local Brooklyn Beach: Rockaway Beach. The beach turned out to be nice and we even got to see a teenage-drama fight, complete with wussy-punches and girls taking out their over-sized earrings.
The rest of the weekend was fun too! We played softball as normal on Sundays, followed by Shakespeare in the park, The Guggenheim on Monday with a fabulous feminist art exhibit, and tonight we went to a 1 A minor league baseball game complete with Fireworks! More pictures coming soon - but I have to rest up - we're taking the train to Yale tomorrow, and I don't even have an outfit picked out!!

Here are some sand sculptures that we made at the beach!

Haha, I like how those shells are big enough to cover the nip, but pretty much nothing else. Also, way to update a bunch during the one week I'm without internet..I have so much comment catching-up to do!

Norman is adorable, but I think it's more important that someone's finally bringing attention to transvestite mermen.
